Pro Sales Associates (PSA) are responsible for outstanding customer service, driving sales, and ensuring transactions are handled quickly and accurately for professional customers (i.e. contractors, property owners, and more). PSAs support Pro customers by executing three primary store priorities: Sales, Pro Xtra Sign Ups and driving GET. The PSA drives sales and customer service by asking probing project questions and being knowledgeable about Pro loyalty programs. This position utilizes Pro benefits to drive sales by using bulk pricing, Pro Xtra, credit solutions. They support the Pro customers at the commercial registers and Pro Desk supporting the overall Pro Experience (responding to general questions, transition Pro Managed account customers and quote building tasks to the PASA. Each associate has the responsibility of providing a safe working and shopping environment by following all safety policies and standards, completing specified safety training, immediately correcting hazards and unsafe conditions and/or reporting conditions to the Manager on Duty, and working safely as not to endanger themselves, coworkers, vendors, or customers. These associates work in cooperation with their Department Supervisor and other associates to ensure customers- needs are met.
