Bilingual Sales Consultant (English/Spanish)

Benson Hyundai is seeking motivated, energetic, and customer-focused bilingual (English/Spanish) professionals to join our growing sales team. No automotive sales experience is required. We provide paid training and the tools necessary for you to build a successful career in the automotive industry.

As a Bilingual Sales Consultant, you will help customers through the vehicle purchasing process while providing exceptional service to both English-speaking and Spanish-speaking customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that meet their needs and budget
• Build relationships with customers through phone, text, email, social media, and in-person interactions
• Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives
• Clearly explain vehicle features, benefits, pricing, and financing options
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers
• Maintain product knowledge on Hyundai vehicles and dealership programs
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales process
• Translate and communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking customers and their families when needed

Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and Spanish
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required
