FREE Covid Home Kits

  • Every home in the U.S. is eligible to order 1 pack of 4 free at-home COVID-19 tests. The tests are completely free. Orders will usually ship in 7-12 days. Test are rapid antigen at-home tests, (not PCR) that can be taken anywhere. Get results within 30 minutes (no lab drop-off required.) 

Free HIV Home Test

  • SC DHEC is providing SC residents an eligibility survey for the In-Home HIV Testing Program. The SC Home HIV Testing Program is available to the residents in South Carolina ONLY. All survey responses are confidential, and the information you provide is ONLY used to evaluate and improve this program. This survey should take no longer than 5 minutes.

Bon Secours St. Francis

  • The Women of St. Francis Foundation has awarded the Bon Secours Wellness Outreach team a grant to purchase medication for women and pediatric chronic illnesses. The grant is for uninsured children or women , who live in Greenville County and suffer from a CHRONIC illness. (such as diabetes, asthma, seizure disorder, cerebral palsy, etc.) If you have a patient/client who appears to meet this criteria, please call 864-241-5125 and leave a message or e-mail [email protected].

Prisma Health

  • Prisma Health now offers COVID-19 testing at primary care practices and has closed hospital-based drive-through testing sites. All primary care practices across the Upstate and the Midlands will offer COVID-19 testing to patients with a prescribed order.
  • PASOs Greenville has Community Health Workers who can connect you with resources, answer questions, and help you access testing, workshops, and care.
  • Prisma Health Mobile Health Clinic at different locations every month. The mobile clinic is available Monday – Thursday from 9AM-4PM. Please call 864-455-9349 for questions. Visit the Facebook page or refer to the links with the Calendars and flyer with description to learn more.
  • The Mobile Mammography Program at Prisma Health will serve women in the Upstate area, some of which would not be able to receive a mammogram otherwise. The unit travels to your site and provides state-of-the-art digital mammography screenings. To schedule a visit to your organization follow the link below.
