Assisting with Vital Community Service

Our Work is Driven by Our Volunteer Force

Make a Difference in your community

It has been said that our organization’s true title is “The Hispanic Alliance of Volunteers.” Our work is possible because of our amazing volunteers who help provide vital services to our community. Regardless of whether the task is event set-up or technical legal expertise, our volunteers sacrifice their precious time and make an equally important impact on the lives of the people we serve.

New School Year, New Lunch & Learn Series

During a Lunch & Learn, we host a session in which we talk about scholarships, career readiness, steps to take to college, sharing stories of success and other topics that are of relevance to the students. Volunteers are needed to share their experience and knowledge on the topics selected by the school. Check the upcoming sessions below and volunteer with us!

Throughout the year, the Community Teams of the Hispanic Alliance host keystone projects such as our Citizenship Workshop, Health Festival, and Education Fair. Volunteers are crucial to the success of these events, as we need assistance with event set-up & tear-down, vendor liaisons, bilingual translators, and many other positions.

The Hispanic Alliance succeeds because of the wide variety of partners we have networked with in South Carolina. It takes a dedicated team of volunteers and staff members alike to communicate with our network members, ensuring we work together to build a stronger, brighter South Carolina.
