What You’ll Do

  • Process and manage prior authorizations for medications, procedures, and services with efficiency and attention to detail
  • Provide critical backend support to our referral and medical records specialists, ensuring smooth care coordination
  • Navigate EMR systems and online prior authorization portals like a pro
  • Support patients through the patient assistance application process, connecting them with resources that make care affordable
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, insurance companies, and clinical staff
  • Manage competing priorities with excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Serve as a patient advocate, always keeping their needs at the center of everything you do

Pay Range: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
