As of 2019, there are over 700,000 DACA recipients living in the US, according to the US Citizenship and Immigration Services.  Expand this number to consider all the youth who came to the US before the age of 18, have lived here for four years, and are students in higher education, workers, or serve in the US military, and the number is a total of 2.1 million.

Hispanic Alliance believes that these young people are an incredible asset to our economy and our communities. Their full potential remains untapped due to the many legal barriers they face to pursuing success and the uncertainty of their future in the US. Our advocacy to raise awareness about their struggles, and to give you the tools to speak out on their behalf, as Allies.
