Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Inspect products for defects, damage, or quality issues.
- Pack products according to customer and company specifications.
- Label, sort, and prepare finished goods for shipment.
- Maintain accurate production and packaging records.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Assist with material handling and other production-related tasks as needed.
- Meet daily production and quality goals.
- Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or packing experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality required.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 35 pounds.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions such as reaching, grasping, and packing.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
