Wayne Fraleigh is an accomplished executive that has worked in the for-profit and not-for-profit healthcare sectors. He currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Bon Secours Mercy Health-Greenville, where he oversees primary care and multispecialty physicians and providers in over 65 ambulatory locations. Previous roles include being the Vice President of the Orthopedics and Neuroscience Service Lines at Bon Secours Mercy Health- Cincinnati; and as Chief Operating Officer of Ambulatory Services at Memorial Hermann Health System in Houston, TX. Wayne is an expert in developing physician models, medical group operations, service line strategies, and executing on growth initiatives. He enjoys developing strong leaders, aligning stakeholders, and driving key metrics. His divisions have consistently experienced significant growth and improvements in volume, market share, customer experience, care coordination, and profit margins.
Wayne received his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Northern Arizona University and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Arizona. He is also an Orthopaedic Certified Specialist (OCS). Wayne is clinically trained and with over 21 years of progressive leadership responsibilities. He is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) and considered a thought leader in ambulatory care, orthopaedics and sports medicine, spine, rehabilitation, and value-based care strategies, always looking for innovative ways to improve the delivery of care.
