Micro Grants for Hispanic/LatinX Artists

Thank you to all the artists who have participated in the SC Latinx / Hispanic Art Assessment!

We are grateful for your participation! Each one of you has different experiences and perspectives, which will ensure that this report is inclusive and representative of our community!

We are thrilled to announce that, together with our friends at Palmetto Luna Arts, we will be launching a micro-grant opportunity to all participants! Five $200 micro-grants to support Hispanic artists are available and winners will be chosen at random. Additionally, chosen winners will receive an artist feature on both @palmettoluna and @hispanicalliancesc social media outlets – reaching a potential audience of over 5000 followers!

To enter, you must complete:

1. Join Palmetto Luna’s SC Latinx Artist Directory

2. Complete our Artist Survey

The deadline is Monday, October 9th.

If you have participated in our survey or taken part in our interview process, you will be automatically entered to win. The 5 winners will be announced at the closing of Hispanic Heritage Month on October 15.

If you have already completed one of these steps, you are halfway there. Please complete the other step to enter into our artistic micro-grant drawing!

This project is funded in part by the South Carolina Arts Commission which receives support from the National Endowment for the Arts.
