Daniel Crosby State Farm Agency is seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Receptionist / Customer Service Representative to join our professional, team-oriented insurance office in Easley, South Carolina.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, communicates effectively, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
• Welcome customers and provide a friendly, professional experience
• Answer incoming calls and direct customers to the appropriate team member
• Assist existing customers with general service questions and requests
• Schedule appointments and follow up with customers as needed
• Help process payments, policy changes, and other routine service requests
• Maintain accurate customer information and office records
• Support the insurance team with administrative and customer service tasks
• Identify opportunities to connect customers with team members who can assist with additional insurance needs
Compensation and Schedule
Starting pay: $15 per hour plus bonus incentives
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
