International Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Process quotes, orders, and return merchandise authorizations.
- Work closely with the customer to ensure orders are received and accurately billed
- Track orders using excel regarding customer shipments
- Assist with customer inquiries via phone and email
- Provide shipping and order updates
- Act as the liaison between the customer and manufacturing team
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service
International Customer Service Representative Requirements and Qualifications:
- Previous customer service or account management experience
- Associates degree
