Position Overview
RSH Decor is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to assist with packing, inventory management, and returns processing. This role is essential to ensuring that orders are accurately prepared, organized, and shipped to customers in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Pack and prepare outgoing orders to ensure products are protected and ready for shipment
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packing
- Assist with inventory organization, counting, and restocking materials
- Process and organize returned items, including inspection and documentation
- Maintain organization within the warehouse and packing areas
- Label and stage shipments for carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and freight services
- Assist with loading and unloading deliveries when needed
- Work closely with the production and sales teams to ensure order accuracy
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift and move packages (up to ~50 lbs)
- Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for inventory or order tracking systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous warehouse, shipping, or logistics experience preferred but not required
