RSH Décor is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sewers to join our production team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in decorative sewing and cushion construction who is ready to take on more complex builds, including zippered pillows, tufted cushions, and foam-filled products made from high-durability fabrics like Sunbrella.
You’ll be an integral part of our operations, helping us deliver high-quality, handcrafted home décor products that our customers love — while also collaborating with our Foam and Cutting teams to ensure a smooth and accurate production process.

Key Responsibilities

Sew and assemble advanced products including:

Zippered pillow covers

Tufted and corded cushions

Cylindrical pillows and ottomans

Foam-based seating cushions and loveseat sets

Install long and curved zippers with alignment precision

Follow technical specifications to ensure fit, size, and aesthetic accuracy

Read and follow multi-panel patterns, layout guides, and labeling instructions

Collaborate with internal teams (Foam, Cutting, Packing) for workflow coordination

Maintain quality control and reduce rework through attention to detail

Assist with training or mentoring junior sewing team members, as needed
