Bon Secours Health System

Bon Secours Health System St. Francis Hospital provides medical services including an emergency room, mental health programs, chronic illnesses, cancer, and more.

  • LifeWise
    • LifeWise is an outreach program designed for women and men 55 and older. LifeWise promotes physical, emotional, social, and spiritual wellness through many educational opportunities, activities, events, and membership benefits. Learn more about LifeWise here.
  • Community Wellness Outreach
    • By fostering trusting relationships with community members, the wellness outreach team transforms hurt into hope, promotes and defends human dignity, and fosters a healing and caring environment.   • Bon Secours – St. Francis Mobile Medical Van
  •  Mobile Mammography 
    • Eligibility: Females ages 40 and older who are due for the annual screening mammogram · Females who are ages 35-40 and are needing their baseline mammogram o 2D and 3D Mammography available · Patients must be able to walk up the coach stairs and must be able to stand unassisted · Patients MUST bring photo ID and insurance card to appointment. To schedule an appointment, call 864-675-4875 and ask for the location of your choice

Prisma Health

  • PASOs Greenville has Community Health Workers who can connect you with resources, answer questions, and help you access testing, workshops, and care.
  • Prisma Health Mobile Health Clinic at different locations every month. The mobile clinic is available Monday – Thursday from 9AM-4PM. Please call 864-455-9349 for questions. Visit the Facebook page or refer to the links with the Calendars and flyer with description to learn more.
  • The Mobile Mammography Program at Prisma Health will serve women in the Upstate area, some of which would not be able to receive a mammogram otherwise. The unit travels to your site and provides state-of-the-art digital mammography screenings. To schedule a visit to your organization follow the link below.

Unity Health on Main

Routine and preventive pediatric and family practice. They accept Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance. They offer a sliding scale of fees based on family size and income for the uninsured. https://unityhealthonmain.org/

New Horizon Family Services

  • Mobile Medical Team (MMT), a full-service medical office on wheels, equipped with two exam rooms, a medical provider, and a full complement of support staff. Patients can receive a wide range of primary care services, including preventative care, treatment for minor illnesses, and management of chronic conditions.
