The Homes for the Holidays Tour invites you to experience the warmth and wonder of the season while supporting our community. Tour some of Greenville’s most beautifully decorated homes—each one styled by local designers and enriched with the flavors, music, and art of the Hispanic community.
From curated tablescapes and gourmet tapas to live performances and signature holiday cocktails, every stop on the tour is designed to awaken the senses and bring people together for a shared cause.
The Homes for the Holidays Tour isn’t just a festive event—it’s a chance to make a real impact. The proceeds from this year’s tour will go towards supporting the Hispanic Alliance in their mission to provide culturally competent access to resources available in the community.
Sponsorships range from $2,500 to $10,000 with benefits including logo placement in every home, access to a premier guest list, billboard and social media exposure, and even on-site brand activations.
For those interested in partnering with us, please view the Sponsorship Information or contact Andrew Skinner for more details.
You are supporting more than a holiday celebration. You are strengthening our community.
All proceeds support the Hispanic Alliance’s work to ensure Hispanic families in Greenville County can access healthcare, legal services, education, and financial stability with dignity and cultural understanding.
Limited availability. We anticipate this event to sell out quickly!
Your ticket includes a walkable tour of the beautifully decorated homes, holiday-themed beverages and heavy hors d’oeuvres, and the opportunity to purchase raffle tickets for items valued over $250 each.
All tour guests will be assigned a starting location along the route. A few days before the tour, you’ll receive an email with final details, including your assigned starting point. At check-in, you’ll receive your tour program and any raffle tickets purchased in advance. Please check in with your party at your assigned home and begin your tour there.
You’ll receive an email with all tour details — including your starting point — no less than 48 hours before the event. If you haven’t received your email or can’t find it, please email [email protected]
The homes featured on this year’s tour are all located in the Alta Vista neighborhood — near McDaniel & Crescent Avenues. At check-in, you’ll receive a guidebook with a map and the official order of homes. To help with crowd flow, please begin at your assigned home and move through the route in order. Guests are welcome to enjoy the homes at their own pace — we just ask that you follow the tour sequence.
Parties who purchase tickets together will be grouped together on the tour. If you purchased tickets separately but indicated you’d like to join another group, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Please understand that due to event logistics, not all requests can be guaranteed. A few days before the tour, you’ll receive an email with final details and your starting point.
Alta Vista is a walkable neighborhood. Please park along the street nearest your assigned starting home, being mindful of driveways, intersections, and stop signs. After parking, you may walk from home to home or take advantage of our rotating shuttle service. Carpooling is encouraged!
Yes! A complimentary shuttle will be available throughout the event. Guests are welcome to walk the route or wait for the shuttle between homes.
The event is open to all, but it’s best suited for adults and older children (ages 13+).
Please no children under 10, and no pets, to ensure the comfort of all guests and homeowners.
There’s no set dress code, but festive holiday attire is encouraged! We recommend skipping the heels and wearing comfortable walking shoes.
The tour will take place rain or shine — so bring an umbrella if needed! Please note that refunds cannot be issued due to inclement weather.
