Responsabilidades
- Conduct thorough intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations using ICD-10 coding standards to determine appropriate treatment plans
- Provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions utilizing modalities such as psychodynamic therapy, behavioral therapy, art therapy, dance therapy, and applied behavior analysis
- Implement crisis management strategies and crisis intervention techniques to ensure patient safety during acute episodes
- Utilize motivational interviewing and other evidence-based approaches to promote behavioral change and recovery
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive case management plans tailored to each patient’s needs
- Maintain accurate and HIPAA-compliant medical documentation, including progress notes and treatment records using ICD-9/ICD-10 coding systems
- Participate in clinical research initiatives to enhance treatment protocols and contribute to ongoing quality improvement efforts
- Engage in telehealth services to expand access to care for patients in various settings, ensuring seamless delivery of mental health services
