Duties/Responsibilities:
- Renovate and finish various surfaces, including railings, columns, and flooring
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications
- Apply correct finishes, and perform caulking as needed
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete tasks efficiently and accurately
- Collaborate with other team members, such as fabricators and painters, to ensure a seamless finish
- Perform heavy lifting and physical labor as required
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proven experience as a finisher or in a similar construction role
- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting schematics
- Skilled in finishing, plastering, caulking, and other finishing techniques
- Familiarity with a variety of hand tools and power tools used in finishing work
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality finishes
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor as required
- Knowledge of steel fabrication and finishing a plus
