Duties/Responsibilities:

- Mix and apply paint or other coatings
- Use a brush or Airless spray gun to coat areas as necessary
- Notify manager of inventory needs
- Follow all safety regulations
- Maintain all painting and blasting equipment
- Required Skills/Abilities:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- must have or be willing to learn basic computer skills
- forklift experience
- overhead crane experience
- strong communication skills
- strong organizational skills
- self sufficient and highly motivated
- be able to read and interpret drawings
- Minimum 2 years of paint experience (i.e., 2 part epoxy, zinc coatings, high-performance coatings, etc.)
- must be willing to cross train in other departments
- Comprehend and adhere to all manufacturer specifications
- Strictly follow customer contract requirements
