Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Mix and apply paint or other coatings
    • Use a brush or Airless spray gun to coat areas as necessary
    • Notify manager of inventory needs
    • Follow all safety regulations
    • Maintain all painting and blasting equipment
  • Required Skills/Abilities: 
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • must have or be willing to learn basic computer skills
  • forklift experience
  • overhead crane experience
  • strong communication skills
  • strong organizational skills
  • self sufficient and highly motivated
  • be able to read and interpret drawings
  • Minimum 2 years of paint experience (i.e., 2 part epoxy, zinc coatings, high-performance coatings, etc.)
  • must be willing to cross train in other departments
  • Comprehend and adhere to all manufacturer specifications
  • Strictly follow customer contract requirements
