What your day will look like:

  • Provide exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish.
  • Deliver accurate and timely information to customers, maintaining professionalism and empathy.
  • Review and respond to updates or inquiries related to accounts.
  • Apply appropriate resolutions for account status updates, call routing, system notations, and follow ups.
  • Negotiate and process payments using effective communication and negotiation.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

  • Bilingual Spanish/English
  • Prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center.
  • Proficient in Word/Excel
  • Hours: ability to work 8:30am – 9pm Monday–Saturday with varying days off.
