What your day will look like:
- Provide exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish.
- Deliver accurate and timely information to customers, maintaining professionalism and empathy.
- Review and respond to updates or inquiries related to accounts.
- Apply appropriate resolutions for account status updates, call routing, system notations, and follow ups.
- Negotiate and process payments using effective communication and negotiation.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Bilingual Spanish/English
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center.
- Proficient in Word/Excel
- Hours: ability to work 8:30am – 9pm Monday–Saturday with varying days off.
